For Yuri Guillen, cigar making is not a process. It is an art. Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, Yuri joined General Cigar Dominicana in 1997 as a Production Supervisor. Over the years, Yuri underwent training that made him an expert in the cigar-making process. In 2004 he became the Manager of the El Credito factory including La Gloria Cubana and RH cigar brands. Today, Yuri is the leader of the entire El Credito cigar manufacturing process, including machine made cigars. Yuri and his team have such respect for each leaf that passes through their hands, each cigar is a masterpiece made for a customer with a very demanding taste.
